Abstract
During the webinar, we showed a live demonstration of CMG’s entirely new Results, our post-processing and visualization tool. The integration of 2D and 3D functionality into one tool enables you to quickly compare simulation outputs with field history data, analyze multiple views in the same window and personalize the interface to show plots of interest. The enhanced interface and user experience gives you more flexibility to create plots, group data and analyze results. You can instantly open large, memory intensive files with new SR3 file format and quickly navigate datasets with thousands of wells.
Tirth Thaker first joined Computer Modelling Group Ltd. in 2013 as a Reservoir Simulation Intern. During his internship, he provided outstanding technical support to worldwide CMG customers. Upon graduating in 2015, he accepted a permanent position as a Reservoir Simulation Engineer in the Consulting, Support and Training department. Over the past 2.5 years, he has gained solid industry experience, specializing in thermal recovery processes, advanced wellbore modelling and unconventional reservoir simulation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, with a minor in Petroleum Engineering, from the University of Calgary.
