Pom (Perminder) Singh Sabharwal is the Vice President of Western Hemisphere Sales at CMG. With 30+ years of multidisciplinary experience across the energy lifecycle, including exploration, production, and reservoir management, Pom is dedicated to helping E&P organizations navigate increasing operational challenges and complexity.
Before joining CMG, Pom was the Region General Manager for North America at Halliburton-Landmark, where he managed P&L and spearheaded large-scale digital initiatives, including the adoption of the OSDU® Data Platform. In his early career he worked for Independent E&P operators on UK North Sea development & production projects. Later his career includes strategic leadership roles at Schlumberger (SLB) and Halliburton-Landmark, spanning Europe, MENA, and North America regions. Pom holds degrees in Petroleum Geosciences from Birkbeck, University of London, and Imperial College London.
