Growth Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager – someone who owns pipeline creation and partners directly with our sales team to fuel our global growth.

Key Responsibilities

In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for building and executing a growth strategy that blends digital paid media, creative campaigns, and targeted activations to drive pipeline growth.

You’ll be part marketer, part technologist, and part creative – working at the intersection of digital marketing, sales enablement, and strategic growth.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the global growth marketing strategy, working in close alignment with Sales leadership to define pipeline goals and develop targeted campaigns.
  • Design and execute paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, etc.) to drive qualified leads and nurture prospects.
  • Create multi-channel marketing campaigns that combine creative content (video, interactive, webinars) with targeted outreach to connect with technical audiences in oil & gas and energy sectors.
  • Develop and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to support key accounts and regions.
  • Work with Sales to develop their regional sale plans and stay on top of the industry trends to share with sales team when new assets come online and how we can serve them
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring seamless lead handoffs, feedback loops, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and report on ROI – always looking for ways to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, platforms, and tools to drive growth in a traditional, technical industry.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy, with a proven track record of owning pipeline generation.
  • Strong knowledge of paid digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, paid social) and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • Experience in traditional industries (e.g., oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, B2B SaaS) is a plus, but not required – we’re looking for creative thinkers who can challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent collaboration skills – you’ll work side by side with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize performance.
  • Comfort with marketing automation tools, CRM (Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new channels, formats, and ideas to drive growth.
