As the Vice President of People and Culture, Kristina Mysev is responsible for leading and enhancing CMG’s people and culture strategies and initiatives.
With over 19 years of international experience in human resources, Kristina’s expertise in talent management, leading transformation, employee relations, training and development, and recruiting is instrumental in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture at CMG.
Prior to joining CMG in 2022, Kristina has held various leadership roles in human resources across different countries and industries. She has a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
Kristina holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management from Kingston University, London. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, further showcasing her commitment to excellence in the field of human resources.
