Austin is the General Manager at SeisWare International Inc., where he leads overall operations, company strategy, and cross-functional teams across development, sales, and client success. With more than a decade of dedicated tenure at the company, Austin focuses on scaling SeisWare’s software platforms, championing modern product solutions, and ensuring the team delivers tools that solve the evolving data and workflow challenges of the energy sector.

Austin joined SeisWare in 2014 on the Geoscience Support team, developing a hands-on technical foundation while working directly with users. In 2019, he transitioned into Sales, partnering closely with clients to understand their operational goals and translating industry feedback into impactful software offerings. As he progressed into executive leadership, his focus expanded to shaping strategic roadmaps and driving cross-departmental alignment.
