Sonia Pereira holds a master’s degree in mining and Geological Engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon and brings more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
She spent 12 years with PGS/TGS, serving as Vice President for MultiClient in Europe, where she played a key role in business development and management of Multiclient seismic solutions.
Currently, Sonia serves as Vice President of Sales for the Seismic Solutions portfolio at CMG, leading the newly formed business unit that combines Sharp Reflections, Bluware, and SeisWare.
Over the past 15 years, she has worked closely with many of the world’s leading International Oil Companies (IOCs) and National Oil Companies (NOCs), specializing in seismic technologies, subsurface software solutions, and strategic industry partnerships. Her extensive industry knowledge and commercial leadership have made her a trusted advisor in the subsurface and geoscience technology sector.
