CMG is seeking an experienced Payroll and Total Rewards Specialist to join our People & Culture (P&C) team. This is a full-time position. The P&C team is responsible for all programs, processes and policies related to employee onboarding, engagement, performance management, total rewards and learning and development for employees at CMG.
The successful candidate will work as part of the CMG People & Culture team, under the direction of the Manager, People & Culture including close interactions with the CMG P&C, Finance and Accounting teams as well responding to employee specific queries related to payroll matters.
The ideal candidate is an experienced payroll professional that also has experience in administering LTIP programs, board of director compensation, and benefits invoice reconciliation. If you are interested in evolving your career beyond payroll and benefits and into a total rewards specialist including compensation survey completion, analysis, pay band reviews, and support for executive compensation administration, we would love to hear from you.
